Several camps, workshops and classes that were to be held in the University of Oregon's Gerlinger Annex have been changed because of a fire that broke out Tuesday night.
University Spokeswoman Julie Brown told KVAL all basketball camps in the Annex have been moved to the Rec Center.
Signs outside the building alert the public that a yoga class and hip hop class have been moved to Gerlinger Hall.
The teacher of a drumming class told KVAL his class has been completely cancelled. "I can't even get my drums out of the building," he said.
"I'm very bummed out," added Cecelia Haney, who rode her bike to campus Thursday for the drum class. "I'm stunned. I was looking forward to my class."
KVAL News has put in calls to University officials to see if any other classes have been changed or cancelled. Brown said she's not sure how long the basketball camps will be held in the rec center.
She said there's a chance Gerlinger Annex might become available for use in the coming weeks depending on the damage.
